What do we do?

Better Together Community Support Group for Stoke-on-Trent and NuL is a registered charity, based in Trent Vale, Stoke-on-Trent. We are serving communities throughout Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and surroundings.

As an all inclusive organisation, it is important to us that every individual can accesses our service and activities.

Our Better Together Community HQ in Trent Vale is a safe space in the heart of the community, for people to come in whenever they need company or support. We recognise that support for the community is more important than ever in the current cost of living crisis. We provide a safe space for people to socialise in calm environment that allows individuals to be able to participate within the community who usually would not leave the house. This has proven vital for many members of all ages & backgrounds.

We help individuals and families to be able to enjoy activities, indoors and outdoors, as we providing free drop in activities, suitable for every age range. Those with social anxiety can edge back in to the community at their own pace, without any social obligations.

Also we promote physical and mental wellbeing in partnership with the NHS, the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Schools, Councils and other organisations. Additionally, we offer help with form filling and signposting to further support if needed.
